What this page is for

Use this page to decide if we are the right vendor — not to read adjectives

“Why choose us” pages usually list awards nobody can check. This one is a filter. FSMIA Technologies builds websites, Android/iOS apps, design and monthly SEO for clients in India and overseas. We publish starting prices on pricing so you can sanity-check budget before a call.

If the points below match how you buy, send a brief. If they do not, you will waste less time with a freelancer, a large agency, or a specialist we are not. Company facts live on about. How sprints run: development process.

Decision criteria

What you are actually buying

Each item is something you can verify in a proposal or on a live site. If a vendor cannot show it, the “dedicated team” line on their homepage does not matter.

Prices you can screenshot

Landing pages, business sites, stores, apps, banners and SEO retainers have starting numbers. Custom work is quoted against a written scope — you should not need a 45-minute call to learn that a brochure site is “depends”.

One owner, not a relay

Sales, design and engineering are not three companies. A freelancer can be faster on a five-hour job; they are weaker when UI, Laravel and Google Business all move in the same week.

Dates tied to your content

We do not promise a store in three days if your catalogue is still in WhatsApp chats. Design approval and staging go on a calendar. Missing copy is flagged in week one, not week six.

Search is part of the build

Titles, headings, internals and mobile speed sit in the website job. Monthly ranking work is a retainer if you want it — we will not sell a year of SEO on a theme that cannot be crawled.

QA on devices people use

Forms, payments and navigation are checked on phones, not only in a 1440px mock. Apps get store-listing support when that is in the plan. A template that opened on a laptop is not “tested”.

Support with a written window

Bug-fixes that are our fault sit in the warranty in your proposal. New pages are change orders. That is less romantic than “lifetime free updates” and more honest.

Fit vs mismatch

Should you pick FSMIA — or someone else?

Both columns are the same kind of checklist. Read them as a pair. If three items on the right are true, we will likely decline or refer you rather than fake a starter plan.

Fit

You should pick FSMIA if…

  • You can describe the first release as a page list or a short feature list.
  • You want Laravel, WordPress, Android/iOS, design or SEO — not a mystery “digital transformation programme”.
  • You are comfortable with IST communication and Indian invoicing (GST as applicable).
  • You will supply content (or pay us to write it) instead of expecting a full brand invented overnight.
Mismatch

You should pick someone else if…

  • You need 20 concurrent squads, onshore-only US hours, or a government empanelment we are not on.
  • You want “guaranteed #1 for every keyword in India” as a contractual KPI.
  • You need unnamed developers sitting in your office as extra headcount.
  • Your only budget is unpaid “equity for a website”. We do not take that trade on standard packages.
How to choose a vendor type

Freelancer, large agency, or FSMIA

None of these is “wrong”. They fit different risk and budget. Use the column that matches the job, not the one with the best tagline.

Typical freelancer

Right for a tiny, isolated job (one landing tweak, one banner). Risk is coverage: if they are ill, launch slips. SEO, payments and QA are often extra. Ask in writing who owns the files.

Typical large agency

Right for multi-year brand systems and many stakeholders. Process-heavy. Minimums and account layers often do not fit a ₹15,000–₹65,000 first release.

FSMIA

Scoped packages from landing pages to apps and monthly SEO. You see the starting number before a call. Design, build and search sit in one chain. Access is handed over as listed in the proposal.

Questions people ask before they pick a vendor

If you already know you want a starter website or app, skip to pricing or contact. This FAQ is for the comparison stage.

Do that for a five-hour landing tweak if you already have a stable site. Hire a studio when design, development, payments and SEO have to move together, or when you need someone to cover leave and QA. Freelancers are not worse people; they are a different risk profile.
They are right for multi-year retainers and brand systems with many stakeholders. Their minimums and layers often do not fit a ₹15,000–₹65,000 first release. FSMIA is sized for that band plus custom quotes when the brief is bigger.
Yes, if the first version is small on purpose: a landing page from ₹4,999, a business site from ₹14,999, or an app MVP from ₹24,999. We phase work. We do not pretend a marketplace is an MVP.
If you need 40-person SI theatre, overnight #1 Google as a KPI, unnamed staff on your payroll, or unpaid equity for a standard package. We will say no rather than stretch a starter card.
Yes. Send yours or use a short mutual NDA before credentials or unreleased product details. We will not sign a 40-page US-style MSA for a ₹5,000 banner job.
You own the deliverables in the proposal after that phase is paid. Repositories, design files and admin access are handed over. Plugin and stock licences follow the vendor’s terms and stay in your accounts when you pay them.
Warranty covers our defects for the window in the SOW. Content edits and new features are retainers or small change orders. SEO is monthly if you buy it — it is not “included forever” in a website package unless the plan says so.
Usually yes. We prefer that you own hosting from day one. If we must provision it, we document and transfer access at handover.

Still a fit? Send the brief

Include competitors you like, must-have features, and a budget band. We will say if a published plan works or if you need a custom quote.
